The most important features of the Cadillac (CT4) 2022

Cadillac produces a mid-size automobile called the Cadillac (CT4). The first generation, which began production in 2020, includes the Cadillac (CT4) for 2022. It boasts a straightforward yet opulent design, an exquisite exterior, and incredible performance for a comfortable driving experience. The CT4-V Black Wing, a brand-new model for sports car enthusiasts that differs from the CT4-V model in terms of power and performance, was added in 2022 to the variants already offered.

Cadillac CT4 exterior

The 2022 Cadillac CT4‘s front end has a front splitter, LED headlights, daytime running lights, side air vents, and a spindle grille with the Cadillac emblem in the centre. The car is supported on its side by 18-inch wheels with tires measuring 35/255 in the front and 35/275 in the back. We observe body-coloured door handles that give the car a distinct personality and side mirrors that are foldable, electrically adjustable, and have integrated turn signals.

The 2022 Cadillac CT4’s rear has a quad exhaust, a black roof spoiler, and LED taillights. The exterior colours offered are Satin Steel Metallic, Brilliant White, Ravine Black, Brilliant Orange, Shadow Metallic, Wave Metallic, Electric Blue, Rift Metallic, and Infrared Raincoats. The exterior measurements are 475.6 cm long, 181.3 cm wide, 142 cm high, 277.6 cm in wheelbase and 1751 kg.

Black single seats, four-way lumbar adjustment for the driver and front passenger seats, foldable rear seats, two-way adjustable headrests, a heated, leather-wrapped steering wheel with control buttons, and an automatically dimming rearview mirror are all features of the interior of the 2022 Cadillac (CT4). Additionally, the cabin boasts rear air conditioning vents and dual-zone air conditioning with air filtration.

Technology and entertainment Cadillac CT4 (CT4)

The 2022 Cadillac (CT4) features various tech and entertainment features, including an 8- or 10-inch touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, voice recognition, Bluetooth connectivity, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. A quality 14-speaker AKG sound system is also included.

Cadillac CT4 Engine

The 3.6-litre twin-turbo V6 engine in the Cadillac CT4-V Black Wing produces 472 horsepower and 603 Nm of torque. It is mated to a 10-speed automated transmission and rear-wheel drive. It gains speed quickly, going from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds, and tops out at 304 km/h.

It has two engine choices for other versions: a 4-cylinder 2.0-litre with 237 horsepower or, on the CT4-V version, a 2.7-litre turbo with 325 horsepower.

What is the CT4 engine like? The CT4 has the power and the speed. With its 2.7-litre engine, our all-wheel-drive test vehicle reached 60 mph in 5.0 seconds. Sadly, the driving experience is more favourable on paper than in practice. When under pressure, the turbocharged engine hums and is unresponsive. The brake pedal on our test car almost often made audible clicking noises, but worse, it had a wooden feel that made it challenging to stop cleanly.

The CT4 generally seems reluctant to comply with your requests. Its chassis struggles when you transition from one rapid turn to the next, and its steering is carelessly heavy. The automated ten-speed transmission produces taxing changes, and the automatic engine shutdown mechanism is among the noisiest available.

Cadillac CT4 Safety and Driving Assistance Systems

The adaptive vehicle stability control, automatic emergency braking, dual-stage front passenger and driver airbags, driver and front passenger knee airbags, passenger sensing system, indicator front distance, lane keeping assist, tire pressure monitoring system, blind spot monitoring system, rear cross-traffic alert, front and rear sensors, and traction control are some of the safety and driving assistance systems of the 2022 Cadillac (CT4).

Why should you buy a Cadillac CT4?

The Cadillac CT4-V Black Wing is distinguished by a potent V6 engine that delivers impressive performance. Other models also offer a variety of engine choices to suit different lifestyles, and all models are outfitted with the most recent communication and entertainment systems as well as safety features that offer the highest level of protection.
